1. Digital Services & Products

All payments made for digital services such as web development, SEO, digital marketing, or IT support are non-refundable once the work has started or the service has been delivered.

2. Service Cancellation

You may cancel a service before the work has begun. If no work has been initiated, a full or partial refund (minus any processing fees) may be issued based on the situation.

3. Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Work

If you are not satisfied with the service delivered, please contact us at support@itdeskbd.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer:

  • Revisions or corrections (as per package scope)

  • Partial refund (if we fail to deliver as agreed and no reasonable fix is possible)

4. Domain & Hosting Services

All domain registrations, renewals, and hosting services are non-refundable once registered or renewed.
